shipment and delivery

Orders typically take 8-10 working days to be processed and dispatched as we maintain only a small inventory to avoid wastage. Once dispatched the delivery time is not in our hands and we take no responsibility for delays once it is shipped. Incase of delays you will be notified via email.
Working days exclude Saturday,Sunday and Gazette holidays.
On delivery day our courier partners will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. Please note that the courier partner will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned back to us and a new shipping will be booked at an additional shipping cost.

All shipping costs for the returned goods are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods returned. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning any product.
