SHIPPING :
Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across all regions of India.
​ Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we offer international shipping through DHL. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual cost.
What are the shipping charges within India?
Shipping charges are as follows:

₹150 for North India

How long will it take to get my order?
​
Orders typically take 8-10 working days to be processed and dispatched as we maintain only a small inventory to avoid wastage as every product is handcrafted with lots of love and care. Once dispatched the delivery time is not in our hands and we take no responsibility for delays once it is shipped.
Incase of dispatch delays you will be notified via email.
Working days exclude Saturday,Sunday and Gazette holidays.
On delivery day our courier partners will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to handover your package. Please note that the courier partner will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you the order will be returned back to us and a new shipping will be booked at an additional shipping cost.

Can you deliver earlier than the estimated timeline if needed?

We understand that sometimes urgent requests arise. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are happy to discuss early delivery options. If you need your product sooner, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline, depending on the scope and availability.

Returns, Exchange & Refund

What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect products. Returns are not possible for items that have been washed. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the return process.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only available for products that are either damaged or incorrect (e.g., the wrong size or product). If you encounter any issues, please email us at houseofmiraa@gmail.com for assistance.

Do you issue cash refunds?
We do not issue cash refunds as all our products are handcrafted and made to order.

I received the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Please refer to our size chart to determine the correct size for your child. As we produce items in small batches and each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for size-related issues on most products. However, many of our items can be altered to fit one size up or down. If needed, please contact us within 15 days of delivery for assistance with the exchange process.
Note: Alterations cannot be made on certain products (such as rompers), and we reserve the right to decline size change requests for such items.
For size-related returns or exchanges, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns.

Can I machine wash the clothes?

We recommend hand washing for best care, as it helps maintain the fabric and embroidery.

How should I care for the clothes?
​
Our products are made from cotton and feature intricate hand embroidery. To keep them looking their best:

Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.

Dry flat in the shade to preserve the colors and shape.

Iron on low heat if necessary, and avoid ironing directly over the embroidered areas.

PERSONALISATIONS

How long does it take to receive my personalised product?
​
Personalised products typically take 10-12 working days to process and deliver. Please note that due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping for orders?
Yes, we offer a variety of beautiful gift-wrapping options to make your purchase extra special. Let us know if it's a gift, and we'll ensure it’s wrapped with care!

SIZING
Can I see your sizing chart?
How to choose the right size?
Our size chart provides garment measurements and not body measurements. All measurements are in inches. Do not compare these to body measurements. Use the measurements of a well fitted dress to choose the most appropriate size.
Can I return if I ordered the wrong size?

Kindly use the size chart to help determine the size bracket your child falls into. As we produce in small batches and the products are made to order we will not be able to take returns for size issues on all products. However most of our products have margins to be made one size big or small and we’ll be able to make alterations on them. please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Please note: on products that alterations cant be done ( rompers mainly), we solely hold the right to decline the request.
All shipping costs for the returned goods for size issues are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods returned. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning any product.
